Who we are
The owner Mr. Efrem Scantamburlo was born on July 16, 1930.
He began his activity in Venice in 1946 as a laborer in the construction sector.
Ten years later, in 1956, he started his own business in constructions with his brother. The company was named SCANTAMBURLO EFREM & GIULIO S.R.L and operated in Venice and Treviso for over thirty years.
The core business was the construction and sale of real estates on its own.
In 1986 he decided to establish the company SCANTAMBURLO EFREM & MICHELE S.R.L with his son and daughter (Michele and Giulia), and to continue with their collaboration the activity of building and selling houses on their own. Michele and Giulia follow scrupulously the building and administrative sectors.
In January 2004 the company was incorporated into IMMOBILIARE SCANTAMBURLO S.R.L.
In March 2011 Michele and Giulia created a new service company named "AGENZIA IMMOBILIARE
To combine the skills achieved in the past by IMMOBILIARE SCANTAMBURLO S.R.L. with the new demands
coming from the market changes.
To propose various property solutions to customers, to meet their priorities and to assist them during all operational phases, so that they can be fully satisfied with the final result.
To be very careful in choosing buildings, in terms of price-quality optimisation and of attentive check of documentation sources.
To pay particular attention to the customer in order to make the relationship profitable and transparent.
To be highly professional with regular update and enrolment to the various associations, to ensure customer that documentation is always in line with the legal requirements.
Sales sector operates attentively and professionally, and for this reason, sales are managed through an exclusive contract, after careful checking of the documentation in terms of urban planning and certificates of origin. This form of contract allows the property to be advertised in multiple portals and with the collaboration of other Real Estate Agencies. The customer however does not need to go personally and provide the documentation of his property each time, thus eliminating unnecessary losses of time. The referent therefore always remains the same. The meeting with the customer is thus the first step towards a solid and structured relationship, enabling to understand housing needs and to propose only real estate of interest with the selected features.
The leasing sector operates with the same methodology and attention of the sales sector: correct estimate of market value, customer priorities and great preparation in contractual relations, in order to propose only the best solutions.
